About the association

The Association of Private Investigators of Ukraine, founded in January 2019, is an official non-governmental organization registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. In its activities, it adheres to the Constitution of Ukraine, applicable laws, including the Civil and Tax Codes of Ukraine, as well as laws on public associations and state registration of legal entities.

The mission of the Association is to support its members engaged in the provision of detective services, to ensure their professional interests and to coordinate their work. At the same time, the organization does not interfere in the production or commercial activities of its members, leaving them full freedom to make management decisions. It also provides consulting services within its competence.

The main activities of the Association are to protect the rights and interests of its members, promote legal security of their activities and strengthen partnerships.

Among other tasks:

- Focusing efforts on cooperation between detectives, non-state security sector organizations and influential international partners.

- Developing a regulatory framework that will facilitate fair and transparent detective work.

- Conducting educational programs and trainings to improve the professional level of non-state security specialists.

- Ensuring compliance with the principles of trust, care, decency and professional ethics in the work of its members.

- Organizing thematic events such as conferences, trainings, seminars, exhibitions to share experience and attract foreign experts.

Currently, the Association is actively working to create strong communication between private investigation professionals. The goal is to build effective relationships both in Ukraine and abroad.

Particular attention is paid to popularizing the needs and benefits of private investigators among the public. This will increase the level of customer confidence in the services of the Association's members.

 To ensure recognition, the organization has an official registered logo and badges with its image.

The Association aims to become a bridge between the professional detective community and the international security market, promoting the development of this important industry in Ukraine.
